Return Policy

At Cherish and Love, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it. Please note the following for returns:

• For handmade products, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We kindly ask that customers cover the cost of packaging and shipping the item back to us.
• For electric products, the 15% restocking fee is waived to make the return process easier for you. We simply ask that you handle the packaging and shipping costs.

To ensure eligibility for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
